Quickbooks Online vs. Waveapps as of March 2017

In a nutshell, Waveapps may be the way to go for you if you have a small side business of less than $1,000 a month in revenue and you have the extra time to fill in for the automation that Quickbooks Online has and Waveapps doesn’t.

For a serious small to medium sized business, I absolutely recommend Quickbooks Online.  I wouldn’t say they’re cheap, but the time savings in expense categorization automation and for filing taxes easily justifies their fees.
